Concept of Security & International Relations.
Barry Buzan define security in his book that, “Security is a search for protection from attacks”. To make the things and life’s save than we need the circulation of power and money. If we take the best example for this is that in the last five years, the traffic accidents are almost 2 lacs while the deaths due to terrorism is about 20 thousand in the whole world. The all countries of the world are doing work on the terrorism while not ready to do work on traffic rules and regulation. Every state is doing work as per their interest while we loss very precious life’s due to lack of traffic rules and regulation. There is no proper system or way to differentiate between real security and non-security problems. We should have worked on the traffic laws and other some issue that are more necessary in this era.
It is a human nature that we are insecure with other people. There are many examples on this nature. It is a basic nature that when we go outside home than we lock the door because we want that our things that are in home are safe and in the parking area we lock the car or bike while we pay money for the security of our car or bike. It is so human nature that we try to save our precious things. In this matter we always think that we are insecure our own people. The definition of security is different in different states. The people living in war like area zone consider security different those who living in the peaceful states. In the war like area people once they always think that they will be back safely in their home before they going. In other words, we can say that every person thinks different about security. In which society we live than we observed that which threats fell in our areas. We see always security posts after some area and the clearance is necessary for passing out that area. Security is also considering a human relationship with each other.
Now we talk about the social security. There are many kinds of social threats like economic and physical threats. It is further depending on the area in which people are living. If people are living in peaceful states than their must think about the security of their things and so on while the people are living in war like zone than they always say that we wanted to be secure during this situation. For example, in India and Pakistan half of people living in below than poverty line, while both countries are resolved this issue they are increasing their armed forces. Both states threats each other and not to ready resolve any conflict. In Pakistan mostly people are illiterate and our government are not ready to increase budget in for education. If one year Pakistani budget increase than most of people ready to resolve their issues themselves. If in any region a terrorism incident happened than whole world worked on it. In 2001 9/11 happened at World Trade Center than USA force started the mission in Afghanistan against Talban. On terrorism every state wants to solved that so they fell secure in their country. While the deaths due to traffic accident are more than terrorism in last five years. While the no one state is ready to work on traffic laws, rules and regulation. It is major threats for everyone because lack of traffic rules in one accident mostly people lose their lives. In my opinion every state should resolve small issue like traffic and health issues. If any state can resolve small issue than the people living in the states are living happily life.
